Floodlight cam pro wired lights stay on indefinitely.

I have a floodlight cam pro wired. In the last few wks, the floodlights come on and stay on, even during the day. Yes, I can toggle them off w/ the app. I have rebooted the unit from scratch. I have decreased the light sensitivity. They are not on a schedule, and not connected to other devices. The camera function works fine. But, we don't want the lights on when we aren't monitoring them. I've called support 3 times and all I get is a person in the Phillipines who reads off a cheat sheet. They took me through all the things I tried, and then tell me they are aware of this being an issue, but no solution. Supposedly, I'm supposed to hear back from a real tech person by email, but nothing so far. Anyone have any suggestions? Any help is appreciated. The unit is just over 1 yr old. I'd hate to trash it.
