Floodlight cam lights will not turn off

Over the past couple days my floodlight cams' lights are constantly turned on at night. I tried resetting them, turning off the "motion activated lights" switch on my phone, and resetting the motion zones. Even after manually turning them off, they turn back on again. I'm pretty sure this is not a hardware issue because I had the reverse issue where they wouldn't turn on a few years ago.

Hi @DL11. Let's see if we can figure this out. In your Event History, are there Motion Events related to the times where the lights are coming on? Is this a [Linked Device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033904271-Linking-your-Ring-devices-together-for-enhanced-security-)? Also, do you have any [Schedules](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019494811-Using-Light-Scheduling-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam) in place? If any of these settings are in play, it can be affecting your Floodlight Cam lights.
