Floodlight Cam Light issue

I have Ring installed on several of my houses both on the doors and garage floods. Having issues with the Flood light flashing rather than staying on continuously when movement is detected. I ask for assistance to help repair and my only response was That I can buy another with a discount but no attempt to repair. So I will attempt another brand since I have to purchase one anyway. Anybody with similar issues? And how do you get one repaired instead having to buying a new one each time there is a problem?
