Hi @Dave1965. There are a few things you can check that may be affecting the wifi connection with your Floodlight Cam. First, I'd recommend checking the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) in the Device Health screen as this is a measure of how strong the wifi connection to your Ring device is. Additionally, you can find more troubleshooting steps in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360020044511-How-to-improve-your-wifi-connection-and-speed) that can help improve the wifi connection to your Floodlight Cam.
