Floodlight Cam IR Filter Stuck

So I've had the Floodlight cam a few months now and I had previously had intermitten issues with the IR Cut filter getting stuck on during the day. This seems to now be a permanent issue, restarts, tapping the box, toggling night colour mode etc don't shift the issue.How do I raise a warranty claim with Ring for a replacement camera?
