Flood light cam

My video on flood light cam is showing a red tint, has anyone had this problem? If so how can I fix it. It's only a little over 2 years old, but my warranty is out!

Hi @JAA20. For this concern, I would suggest resetting your Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, you'll need to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Live View is still showing a red tint or discoloration, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a deeper look at this for you. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

When I purchased Ring I thought it would last longer than one year.
