Flood light Cam
It seems i can not see any history on my phone with the app. I get sound but cuts in and out. There is a black screen with the ring logo on teh lefy side. I go to the Ring We site and I can see the history on the the computer, its runningin the video. But nothing is happing I can see a picture but no movement. Is there any update that needs to be applied to my phone?

Hey @Guide. It seems you may be getting an error of the black video as a result of some restrictions from your router. Please check out our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023439472-Fixing-Black-Video-Errors-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) that goes over how to adjust the black video error and to restore the picture of what your devices see!
