FL camera will not go live or display recordings, Streaming errors

My doorbell and floodlight camera worked great until a few weeks ago. Now I cannot view any of the motion events from the FL camera in the app or ring.com. When I try to go live I get a "streaming error". I reinstalled the devices and the app. Now I even added another useless app "rapid ring". I called last week and they told me this is a known issue and was going to be fixed Monday (today). What's the status of this?
