Error Code P3-11
I see from many other (now closed) posts that this is a common issue, without a resolution from Ring. I too get this message and consequently no ability to use the camera. The app gives me code P3-11, and the Power Settings tell me to add a battery. My battery is fully charged and even trying another brand new battery gets me the same message. I have factory reset the device, uninstalled it from the app and reinstalled it, cleared the data from the app and now am at a loss for what to do. Has anyone managed to find a solution to this? I am pretty cheezed off at having a security device that is no more useful than a brick.

I am having this issue - battery is fully charged (green light on when plugged in) but it is showing as 0% charged on the app when replaced into the device. It is only a couple of years old.

Hi @Chompy. Which Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. It's possible the battery is coming loose inside the device, causing you to receive the message that you need to add a battery.
