Is there a video cam that you can use with a web app or web page to view video -- instead of with a cell phone? I have just a flip phone 30min/30 texts per month.

Hi @User_Number_9. The information @SolarEclipse provided is correct, as you can access the Live View from your Ring Doorbell or Security Camera via ring.com. However, you do need access to the Ring app on a smartphone or tablet in order to set the device up for the first time. If you do not have the ability to access the Ring app, you won't be able to set a Ring Doorbell or Security Camera up as the website does not support device setups.
