Device Schedule Tile is NOT in my app?

I’m trying to turn off motion lights on my Ring Spotlight Cam battery model. Device Schedule Tile is missing in the dashboard of my app (version 5.51.0) for iOS. Screenshot attached. ![image|289x500](upload://jXhU6g4MIF0YCJDQFdumt6hIsVp.jpeg) Can anyone help?? It’s really annoying

Hi @Pentatonic. Are you the owner of the Ring device, or were you added as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles)? Shared Users do not have access to change settings on the devices they're shared on, only the owner of the Ring device can do this.

Keep pressing reset button for at least 20 seconds. I had The same problem with a new one. Manual is misleading! So 20 seconds reset might hjelp😳
