I have two Ring spotlight security camera’s and both have damaged power connection rings (the copper/gold pins that connect the camera to the base unit) that may have got damaged moving house. The top of one of the pins that springs out on each camera was stuck in on both cameras and i can’t get them to pop out. I accidently broke the entire pin off one camera trying to get it out. Does anyone know what to do to fix or workaround this issue or ideally get a spare part for this? I now have two cameras not working :frowning:
