Chime Pro worthless

Home Internet very strong signal. All app controlled devices show strong signal...even sprinkler timer outside mounted at far opposite end of router. No extenders needed. Chime Pro not doing it's job. I have done everything suggested for ring camera. Failure. Weak signal at best. I purchased Reolink system. Will see how that compares.
