Charging issues
I am writing to formally address an issue with one of the solar panels included in the 4-Pack Spotlight Cam Pro Solar that I purchased in December 2023. Since Day 1, one of the solar panels has failed to charge the security camera, causing the battery to drop to 5% without any improvement. In July 2024, I reached out to your team via email to report the problem. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution to date. This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing and has left me with a product that cannot perform as intended. Given that the issue has been present since purchase, can you please provide a reasonable solution to resolve the issues.
