Changed WiFi and Floodlight Cam will no longer connect.

I recently changed my WiFi provider. All of my devices have been reconnected except for my floodlight cam. It is the closest of my devices to my router. I have turned off the power, removed the device from my account and tried to set it up using two different phones. I go through the set up steps and it tells me there seems to be a problem with my wifi and that Rome wasn’t built in a day. It then gives up at 95% every time. On set up the WiFi shows green. Any idea how to get the Floodlight Cam to reconnect?

Hi @user_a9364f. Most Ring Cameras are only compatible with 2.4GHz networks, so if your router is dual-band, make sure the bands have separate network names and passwords. I'd also suggest checking that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network.   If this issue persists, please contact our support team directly for further assistance. You can get in touch via phone at one of the numbers here, or @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
