Can not reach security camera to retrieve QR code or Pin Code

troubleshooting

I recently had an upgrade to my home network system. In making changes my Ring Security camera is offline due to changes in network. When I try to reconnect I am directed to enter a PINCODE near the QR code on the back of my device.  However, my device is hardwire mounted to the side of my house about 10 feet above my head.  I can't reach the device to find necessary code(s). I am also unable to climb a ladder at this time to actually get my hands on the device.   Does anyone have a work around solution so I can get my security camera back on line?

Hi @user_af9035. If you have the original packaging, you can find the code there. Otherwise, the code isn't located anywhere else. I'd suggest taking a picture of it on your device so you always have it accessible. If you are setting up the cam, you can try the setup without scanning option.
