I have just bought a new camera to add to my door bell but half an hour after setting it up I can’t access the videos. Can anyone help please? Thanks

    Hi @user28131. First, check to see if you are on the correct Location. Sometimes a duplicate Location is created by accident when adding a new device. Look over this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005039983) to see if that is the issue.
