Can I keep my camera on?

Hi there, I have set up my security camera in my store, so that we can monitor when customers come through the front door. I had the live view on, but the camera keeps disconnecting. Is there a way to keep the camera on, so that it runs on the screen constantly? Thanks!

Hi @user38828. At this time, there is no option to have the Live View running non-stop the way a CCTV system would. Live View on Ring Cameras and Doorbells will time out after about 10 minutes, at which point you can activate a new Live View if needed. This has been requested before, which you can find [here](https://community.ring.com/t/extend-the-length-of-live-view-24-7-recording/4507) on our Feature Request board. You're welcome to add your feedback and vote there.
