Camera won't reset

We had remodeling done and the house was without power. Now that we're back, I keep trying to reconnect my Ring Spotlight camera to my wifi but, at 95% I get a message saying that if I cancel, I'll have to restart everything. I'm not doing anything but holding my phone in my hand. Then, it asks me what color is the light flashing on the camera. There never is a light flashing. I select "white" there's no option for "no light flashing" and I have to do everything all over again. I've done all this 3 times and nothing. My wifi is working perfectly well and the app itself has been updated. Can anyone assist? Thank you.

    Hi @user_b36529. Try resetting the Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, then try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. You can also try the setup process on a different smartphone or tablet, if you have access to one.
