My Ring security cameras detect motion, notifications are received but the app says nothing new. There can be hours before the event is shown and sometimes it never is listed.

I would recommend trying the following steps for your concern: - Verify your Ring app is updated with the latest update available. - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. - Force close the Ring app on your phone and reopen it. - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app on your phone. Verify your [phone is able to download the latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App) before uninstalling, or else you will not be able to reinstall it.
