Camera NOT recording motion nor alerting

I have two cameras that do not record motion or alert me. What can be done to fix this problem? I have tried reconnecting, switching off and back on, and resetting, but nothing is working. I spend a lot of money on this camera every month. I do not feel safe because of the malfunction of these cameras. I feel like I need to be refunded my money and monthly fees from them. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a class action lawsuit in place? I need help here please...

Yes, others are experiencing this, as well. I know I am. It started after a recent update to the IOS app software. Even though there has been 2 more updates since then, neither has corrected this issue. I had a long chat with Ring over Facebook today, and was told they are "working" on it. No indication of a timeframe. I hope that was truthful. I agree, this is a safety issue and must be fixed.
