Camera Lens Issue
Issue with bottom right corner and upper right corner. Bottom right corner has a dark spot and the upper right corner has a black spot that looks like faulty lens. This is a brand new hard wired flood light camera not even a week old, changed the same exact one due to the protective lens on the camera fell off after 3 years

Tom i called Ring and they stated that those Rings or dark spots will get worse as the time progresses. what you wrote above does not make any sense to my complaint about the issue with the camera lens and not the field of view. Maybe next time Read the complaint and look at the picture carefully other than just writing something that does not make any sense.

Hi @user_dd2288. This is completely normal and expected for the Floodlight Cam. The lens is designed to give you a wide 140° horizontal, 80° vertical field of view, so the area you are seeing is expected.
