Cam "stopped receiving power" turn off erroneous alert?
Has this issue been fixed yet? I have read all the earlier posts that I could find. The ‘stopped receiving power’ alerts are irritating. How do I shut them off? It is obvious there is no technical basis for the alert. My WIRED (not battery) outdoor cam has no battery and is not on solar. Yet I am getting alerts that it ‘stopped receiving power’, but, it continues to work with no break in coverage. Impossible if there is no power. It also says that the cam is on solar (can’t change that setting), and that I should replace the non-existent battery. It is plugged into an outlet and all the wiring is Ring OEM. The outlet voltage checks to AC specs. The output going into the camera is at proper voltage. I know the alert is erroneous, so, how do I shut the alert off??

I suddenly had this issue with my hard wired Spotlight Cam Plus. This thing is flakey and has other irritating issues.

CHi @user81246. I’d recommend resetting your Spotlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk the camera through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the error still persists after trying these steps, please follow up with our support team for further assistance. You can also get in touch with our support team on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message with a few details on your concern.
