Blinking blue light on my food lights
Hello, I moved into my sister‘s home and she is deceased. She has multiple ring equipment. She has two hardwired floodlight security cameras outside that keep blinking blue. It’s not my account so I have no idea how to turn them off. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

You can find information about the Light Patterns in the link below: https://ring.com/support/articles/tcm7g/Understanding-Floodlight-Cam-and-Spotlight-Cam-light-patterns A blinking blue light means there is a failed wifi connection. You'll need to reconnect this device to wifi. If you don't have access to the Ring account, you'll need to transfer ownership. https://ring.com/support/articles/k8jn9/transfer-device-ownership
