Birds Eye view setup

I purchased 3x wired floodlight cam pro’s. Big reason was for the Birds Eye view. When setting up in the app my first WTH moment was seeing the quality of the overhead image of my house (Live in CT). So I went with the alternate view, not what I wanted but ok. Now when setting up the area I select the correct angle to match what the camera views. When going to set up the zone it rotated the area 90degrees? What am I missing?  Also there is no live monitoring in my area apparently. That would have been nice to know before dumping $$$ into the Pro models.
