Battery charged but not seen by ring spotlights cameras

I have a new fully charged battery which will not work with either of 2 ring spotlight cameras. Other batteries work fine, so no camera issues, it's this battery. Is there a check or reset to try on the battery, not the camera or app please! Any suggestions?

You can find some troubleshooting steps for this concern [here](https://community.ring.com/t/battery-not-showing-in-app-only-1-of-2-installed/171642/2) in the marked solution. You should see a solid red LED lit up in the battery hatch when you insert a fully charged battery. If you don't that may indicate a problem with the battery, especially if a different battery works.
