Installed a cam so how does my partner use it? As a shared user she cannot turn it off unless she is logged in to my account? So what happens when we visit our son who also has Ring cams how do we disarm them when we’re in the house and he is traveling? Help

Hi @user37099. You can add your partner as a [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles), in which she should have access to change the [Mode](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-of-Your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) in the Ring app. Make sure she is on the correct Location in the Ring app, which will have "(Shared)" in the title. If they are on the "All Cameras" Location, the Modes dashboard won't be present.
