Add position preset for each mode

Feature: Add the ability to set multiple default positions for 360 pan-tilt camera, at least for the 3 modes (disarmed, home, away). Use Case: The primary concern is privacy when Home. The camera can be directed towards would-be private areas of the home while in Away mode for proper security monitoring. However, in Home mode the camera should be directed away from private areas, such as at windows or directly at a wall. This is consistent with the intent of the modes which seek an appropriate level of surveillance in each state. Demand: I include a couple links to online discussion for this feature.
