About buying a spotlight cam wired

I would like to buy a spotlight cam wired. In amazon.ca, when I placed order. In shopping cart, it says, this bundle contains 2 items: Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, Battery; Ring Hardwired Kit for Cams. Living in harsh cold Canada, I know the battery charging system always has problem in cold winter. I don't want this one. I am trying to find a spotlight cam wired without battery just as Ring floodlight camera wired. The device the power is coming from the electricity power NOT from a charging battery.
