3rd gen stick up cam not working

My 3rd Gen stick up cam suddenly lost Wi-Fi. We have 3 other cams still working ok. Tried to reconnect to Wi-Fi, this was unsuccessful, have tried the reset button, this does nothing. Fully re charged the battery. Removed from app and have tried to re-install but it won’t go into set up mode. Have press the reset button for over a minute but makes no difference. The cam is only 2 months old. Any ideas ??
