24/7 Recording
I have the Spotlight Cam Pro Wired and I’m interested in upgrading to the Premium Plan to allow 34/7 recording. However, when I login and follow the links to check which devices are eligible, it doesn’t list my Spotlight Cam Pro. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

This camera is hard wired. Per the list you shared, my camera should be compatible, but when I search for “My Compatible Devices” for the 24/7 recording, it doesn’t show up.

JHi @user_788d9c. Are you subscribed to the plan that allows you to enable 24/7 recording? If you are, are you missing the option to enable it? What camera model do you have?
