I'm in the same boat. I pay $40/yr for the doorbell. Just added a camera, so according to their website I must now pay $100/yr or 2.5x the price of having just one. Makes no sense at all. I tried to chat with customer service for the first time ever, but got the runaround from them and no answers. Is Ring's customer service bad?
