Replace a device with the same plan

Hi,

I was using Ring doorbell 2 for a while. Recently, I got doorbell 4. So I removed my old device and added the new one.

My question is why ring app asking me to buy a new plan? While my current plan will expire on September 2024.

Regards,

Khalid

Hi @user_a362b1. I hope you're enjoying your new Ring Doorbell 4! If you have the Ring Protect Basic plan, it only applies to one device, which would be your previous Ring Doorbell 2. You can resolve this by canceling your current plan and subscribing to a new plan for your new Doorbell.
