No events recording, no events in the history

Doorbell and security cams both have motion detection and motion alerts are enabled however no events recording when motion is in the camera. Smart alerts also disable and modes feature is disabled. I tried disable/enable motion detection, but still no events are recorded in the history. Also i have tried remove device from the account and sign up it again. Who can help with this problem? Protection plan is active but no benefits from it. Also strange that camera near 1,5 meters from router with no obstacles and RSSI is zero in device health page. ![IMG_9790|231x500](upload://uZZ3KycPgpVa0xPpfZBWUxmq1z1.png)

Hi @mspolitaev. I would suggest performing a reboot on your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing.
