In-App Features Disappeared Although Alarm Bought before March 29

I bought my Alarm before March 29, XXXX. However, as of today, I discovered that the in-app features are not available! What should I do to activate them back?

    Hi @ystein. What specific in app features are you missing? What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you subscribed to a Ring Protect Plan? This information will assist us in getting to the bottom of this?
