Can't view history after getting protect plan

I’ve paid an set up my protect plus plan but I can’t see anything in my cameras history when I go to view it. It just gives me the option to subscribe to the protect plan. Help…

    Hi @user73361. I would verify that your Ring Protect Plan is active on the correct Location by checking Ring.com.
