Where are the stored videos more than 1 month old?

I have changed my settings some time ago so that I have 180 day video storage. However, when I scroll through the history I only go back 30 days. Where are the other 5 months of videos? Thanks for any advice on this, it has proved very frustrating.

Hi @ajpandy. Have you had an active Ring Protect Plan for the entirety of this? How long has it been since you changed the Storage Length. Videos will only start to store from the day you change them and will not be retroactively stored.
