You replaced a Spotlight Battery Cam under my 'Standard' Plan warranty. Great, but that's where the 'great' ends. Ever since I have been hounded, and I mean hounded by annoying Orange Banners, first, my plan will end in 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Day(s) I already had a plan, but you insist in sending them, why? Now, you're going to tell me that it's because all new cameras come with a 'Free' one month Premium Plan, I didn't buy a new camera, I had one replaced. It is not beyond the capacity of a technology company to have a lookup table that says, client X already has a plan, has had it for years, don't send these EXTREMELY ANNOYING INTRUSIVE BANNERS, he doesn't need one that is twice the price. Then when the two week countdown is over, you further insult us by asking us if we what to 'resume' a plan we never asked for our needed. Do you have any idea how utterly unprofessional this is, it comes across as desperate. The banner has an 'X' at the end, that needs to be monitored, and when a 'neighbour' clicks that, you stop, they've made their decision. At a very minimum, when you ask 'learn how' at least make it a link to something, nothing happens, I'm not even taken to the product you're trying to sell. Remember when I said this is utterly unprofessional, this is UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please, when you respond, and you must respond, please don't start with the 'neighbour' drivel, I'm not your neighbor, I'm your very, very annoyed customer.

Me TOOO! I don't know how it even got on mine again and I can't get rid of this annoying pop up. I am seriously thinking of going with a different provider. Seriously!! Especially with all the money I have spent between my house and business. HELP Also having it in orange stresses me out thinking something is wrong or a leak every time!! Maybe can get compensation for daily added stress to our lives!!

I am having the same issue. This is one of the most unprofessional things I have seen a company do. I am literally being punished because I bought new cameras! Well I certainly won't make that mistake again. Best thing I can suggest is flood the app and products with one star reviews, make complaints with BBB and anyone else you can think of, and don't make the mistake of buying more of their products.

I totally agree. I have two separate plans (for two systems) and I purchased additional cameras recently. Now I am being hounded by these messages and it is driving me nuts. I wont purchase any more hardware if this continues. STOP IT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!
