troubleshooting

I am in the UK and have a Standard Plan. I understand the default time for video storage in the UK is 30 days. I have changed this to the maximum time period of 180 days on the 28th May 2025. This means I should be able to access videos from the 29th May, but it's not happening. The furthest I can go back to at the time of writing is the 6th June.Could someone please tell me if Ring have stopped the 180 storage.Many thanks in advance

      Thanks for your reply. I have checked the storage time period and it is set to 180 days. This was changed on the 28th May from 30 days to 180 days, so I should be able to view images from say the 1st June, but I am not as nothing is getting stored. I am puzzled.
