Trying to renew subscription

Question

Cannot input info on app for card details and expirations date to pay for this years subscription and after 20 minutes of searching for a way to let Ring know- this is my last option.  Please help or can Ring contact me please if they monitor this

Hi @user79340. You can update your payment method for the Ring Protect plan on Ring.com. We have instructions here. I’d suggest performing these steps from a desktop computer. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
