Transfer to new owner billing question

I prepaid for the year in January. We are selling the home and leaving the Ring doorbell installed since new home has one already. Will I be able to transfer the remaining time of my subscription to my new doorbell? Also, if I was moving somewhere that had a different doorbell ..would I be refunded for the rest of the year?
