Save videos longer than XXXX days

Question

I am trying to gather evidence for a harassment case and videos for longer than XXXX days are deleted. Is there a way to save them for longer periods of time?

Hi @user80468. At this time, XXXX days is the maximum time frame that can be selected for video storage under the Ring Protect plan. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or because the time frame passed, it cannot be recovered. We always recommend downloading any videos you may need to keep longer than the video storage time.
