Ring 'Trial will end' bug

My new device now says 'The Trial will end in 246 days'. Yes, 246 days. That's nine months of every time I open the app being told my trial will end. I've spent ages on the (useless) 'Chat' which finally recommended I phone for help. I did that and they sounded really surprised, new to them, could I send a screenshot showing 246 days. So I did. Ring told me that even though it says '246 days', the trial will end on 6th July 2025 and the stupid message will stop appearing then. So two years after this first occurred with a new device, bought from Amazon direct, why can't they fix the bug? I suggest it shows jusy how uncaring or unprofessional Ring has become. I can't be the only one with this issue surely?
