Hi @user5592. You can upgrade your Ring Protect subscription from your Ring Account on [ring.com](http://ring.com/). 1. [Go to ring.com and log into your account](https://ring.com/users/sign_in).2. From the menu bar, select **Protect Plan** .3. Select your current plan from the left menu bar.4. Select Upgrade Plan and follow the prompts.4. Choose payment payment plan (monthly or annual).5. Review order.6. Enter payment information and check out.I hope this helps!
