Ring not showing recordings
I paid for the Plus Subscription plan a couple weeks ago, but today, none of my devices will show me their recordings. When I go to event history it says, "Hmm, something went wrong." On the Device Health it says, "Signal Strength: RSSI 0". The only thing that works is live footage but I can get that for free. How do I fix the devices?

We have the Ring battery pro (no added subscription) our system is doing the same thing. Only live no recordings. Tried disconnecting the wifi and reconnecting the device and it did not fix the problem. Website says they are having system outages. Status.ring.com

Same issue on my Ring Pro and I just purchased the subscription this week. I’ve had the doorbell activated on Saturday. Things were fine until this afternoon. Glad to know this community is here for troubleshooting.

Same problem with devices in Queens, NY & Columbia, NY. Reply of videos just spinning.
