Replaced Broken Ring Doorbell
Hi, My Ring Doorbell 4 stopped working after less then 2 years so I've replaced it with the Ring Doorbell Plus. I've removed the old and added the new one to my account. How do I know that the new one is covered by the Basic subscription plan? I keep getting reminders that I have less then 30 days cover.

Hi @user_9dd83d. The Basic plan only applies to one device. Now that you have added a new device, you will need to cancel the Basic plan on the old doorbell and subscribe to a new plan for your new doorbell. If you plan to have multiple doorbells or cameras at one location, you might want to consider the Plus plan.
