Hi I’m having a problem with my ring subscription I recently changed my rind door bell now they asking me to get subscription but I’m already paying for it can I speak to someone over the phone XXXXXXXXXX

Hi @user_c8a0f6. The Ring Home Basic plan applies to only one device. If you installed a new Ring Doorbell, your existing Basic plan will not transfer. You can cancel your existing plan, then subscribe to a new one for the new Doorbell. You can speak with our support team directly at one of the numbers here https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call.
