I'm trying to purchase a monthly subscription to ring basic after cancelling the premium plan. However no matter which bank card I try to subscribe with I keep getting the error "oops something went wrong, please try again". Annoying now as I can't see who's been at my door.

    Hi @user65392. Ensure the web browser you're using is fully updated, and try a different web browser as well. Make sure any VPNS are turned off, as they can cause issues with the Ring app and Ring.com.       Hi @Manav. We can only assist with general troubleshooting tips here on the Ring Community, as this is a public forum. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Which country are you located in, and do you have a VPN installed and running?

      I’ve had the same issue for over a year… I’ve called twice, could even be three times, lengthy process each time, each time told it will be escalated and I will get a call back and each time I never hear from them again. It’s so frustrating. In the last occasion I was told it’s because I didn’t originally buy the doorbell from Ring and it happened if you bought from other sites (which I find hard to believe). I’ve just tried again and it’s the same message, again.

    Same problem here. A company that can't receive money quickly dies. You guys should fix this as quickly as possible.  Or at least show a meaningful error code so we can figure something out on our end. Doesn't Amazon own you? Can't you just sell a 1 year digital subscription on Amazon? Seems like a no-brainer.
