Need to un-delete video for police

Hi for some reason A live view i was looking at which is required by police. I cant find it anywhere now. If its possibly deleted is there anything I can do to un-delete or request anything accidentally deleted in the last 2 days? 😢

Hi @Hitechtherealone. An active [Ring Protect plan](https://ring.com/protect-plans) is required for access to video recording. With an active plan, Live Views will be recorded and you can view them after in the Event History tab. If a video has been manually deleted, expired due to the [Video Storage Time](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-), or your subscription has lapsed, the video cannot be recovered. There are no backups stored in order to preserve your privacy.
