My plan keeps getting canceled

Hi, i signed up for a Basic protection plan and linked it to my bank account for payments. However, after 8 months my account was suddenly canceled and all videos were deleted. I never canceled my plan. I signed up for Basic again and after a few days, it got canceled again, lost all recordings. I got an email from Rings telling me they are sorry to see me go, but can signup again any time. Why is my account canceled without any notice? There is money in my bank, so that should be no issue. Help
